FAQs
1. Do I have to register my child / children for classes?
Yes, this will help us better prepare for class sizes and ensure safe distancing guidelines are adhered to. If you are attending service, please register both yourself and your children on the service online registration form. Registration for the children is under the section Sunday School – please key in your child / children’s names and ages. If you are on duty as a Sunday School teacher or helper, please register your child / children with Ying Yih or Lorraine directly by sending us a message.
2. How are the classes conducted in view of safe distancing requirements?
Toddlers will be kept at a maximum of 5 in Mount Hermon. Children in K1, K2 and primary classes will be seated at tables of 5, with appropriate distance between them.
3. Do the children have to wear mask?
Yes, children, teachers and helpers will wear masks at all times.
4. What is the onsite registration process?
a. Parents and children to record their temperatures at the entrance of the church sanctuary.
b. Only parents going to service at the sanctuary are to scan the safe entry QR code for themselves.
c. Children do not need to perform safe entry at the sanctuary (as GenHub is a different entry point). Children's attendance will be taken at their classes by their teachers.
5. What are drop-off and pickup arrangements?
Please drop your child / children at GenHub. For pickup after classes, toddlers and K1, K2, pickup is at GenHub, and primary school children’s pickup is at SPCK pickup area.
6. If I am not attending the service, can I stay on the church premise during my child / children’s classes?
No, due to regulations pertaining to Covid-19 precautionary measures, the church premise is not open for activities other than services and classes.
